Something Completely Different 'D'

Well, this turned into a right dog's dinner, if you'll excuse the expression! Polka dot baby is my entry for the SCD challenge (something beginning with the letter 'D', so it's dress and dots from me, and dog's dinner I suppose!) and it just didn't go right from the start. I should've just stopped then and done something else, but no, little Miss Stubborn went on and on and on and ......... well, I threw everything at it in the end. The image of the baby is from Katzelkraft, I hand drew the dress on polka dot cardstock and popped her in a cardstock lined shallow cardboard box.

I love it Jo - come back to it tomorrow and you'll see how adorable it is - sometimes when we're doing the crafting we spend all our time tearing it apart I often do that with my art journaling but given a break from it I come back and discover (usually much to my amazement) that what wasn't floating my boat when I had just made it suddenly I like!

We are generally not good judges of our own work we are too close to it. Your little shadow box is adorable, and great D.
