Happy Mothers Day!

If you are a UK Mum
I hope you are being spoilt today.

I've had a lovely day :)

Grant and I enjoyed a lovely cooked
breakfast out with his parents.
When we got home the house had
be cleaned, hoovered and tidied,
Hope had made a fresh batch of
double choc-chip muffins (slight
self interest there!!) and they gave
me beautiful flowers, plants
and a bottle of wine (!).

The cards from my children
sum up how very different they are.

From Hope (16),
a gorgeous handmade card.

(inside)
Aw, me and Hope skipping together :)

And then this one from Luke (18).
As he handed it to me he said,
"I saw this and thought of you, Mum."

Thanks, son.

I think!

hahahahaha :D

I love 'em both
(cards and children!).

Awww and ha! What a super pair...of cards that is! Sounds like a good day - mine was too. Definitely a 'warm and fuzzy' sort of day (and I don't mean too much booze!)

Hope's card is so wonderful, really sweet and creative. And as far as Luke's, well, I think just getting a card at all from an 18 year old boy is a testament to you as a Mother!
